We are Arlene J. Kelly (R) & Larry E. Oldfield (R) of “The Kelly / Oldfield Team" at Ola Properties, Inc.  As a team, we offer full service Real Estate and Property Management services. Whether you are looking for a primary residence, relocating, buying a second home, an investment property, vacant land or your dream home, we will do what it takes to help you find a great property for YOU! We have experience working with all types of buyers and sellers and strive to go beyond your expectations. We have many resources in Lending, Escrow, Inspections, 1031 Exchanges and Contractors to make everything happen smoothly. Focused on customer service and working as a team, we will accommodate your needs, communicating all along the way to make you feel comfortable. We will work with you at your pace and budget.

As a Property Management company we offer long-term rentals as well as vacation rentals, specializing in Oahu Resort properties, with properties in Ko Olina and Makaha. Many of our furnished rentals are perfect for families, business clients or military looking for a high-end, comfortable home with the resort amenities of beach, golf, marina, and restaurants. Many of the homes and condos are in gated communities with pools and hot tubs, fitness center and tennis courts.

Our Background

Arlene has been licensed in Pennsylvania real estate since January 1987 and Hawaii since 2004 and has partnered with her husband, Larry forming “The Kelly / Oldfield Team.” She is licensed as a real estate Broker in Hawaii and is the Broker-In-Charge at Ola Properties, Inc. Arlene has also achieved the CRS designation as a Certified Residential Specialist that only 4% of licensed agents have received. She also has designations as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and the Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI).

Experienced with buyers and sellers, we specialize in matching clients to the perfect investment properties, ideal dream homes and vacation homes in various parts of the island.  Arlene has an extensive corporate background with expertise in training and coaching. Her consultative approach identifies your needs and expectations to help you buy or sell your home or property in the timeframe you desire. Her strong interpersonal skills and responsiveness keep your transactions flowing smoothly and effortlessly. She also specializes in investing in Vacation Rental properties from personal experience and with clients. Arlene has a Master of Science from the University of Pennsylvania in Organizational Dynamics and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Drexel University in Philadelphia.  

Larry is the Principal Broker and was first licensed in Pennsylvania in 2002 and received his Hawaii real estate license in 2004. Larry has achieved the ABR and GRI designations. Larry also has an extensive corporate background with experience in purchasing, sales and operations. His strong computer and analytical skills along with his extensive real estate investing background allow Larry to find and research properties others might miss.   

Personal

We are fortunate to live and work on the island of Oahu. Formerly from Pennsylvania, we invested in Hawaii properties since early 2002 and relocated to Paradise in 2004. We have rented properties here in Hawaii since 2002. We are members of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Honolulu Board of Realtors (HBR), as well as professional organizations for investors, the National Real Estate Investors Association (NaREIA) and Hawaii REIA.
